I had an interesting thought yesterday, it was about using a grill igniter attached to a lawn & garden sparkplug in a muzzle loader to not need priming caps anymore.
Then it hit me, could One use lab grown piezo crystals to replace primers and pres them in printed reenforced polymer shell casings & hulls.
Just food for thought.
