Description:

The optimal thickness of the layer for printing the cover is 0.1-0.15 mm, the body - according to the parameters specified in the Technical Specifications.

 

 

Quality checks:

to check the thread in the cover, there is a PLUG file, print it once, you only need it to check the cover

the cap itself must be wound completely and tightly

the most important element: check the tightness, pour water into the outer cavity and let it stand for an hour, if a few drops have leaked into the inner cylinder, you can print, if there is water, adjust the printer, it is a defect

 

the most versatile settings are 0.1 layer, the cover, the main part, 0.2, and where there is a thread, an adaptive layer of 0.1, if the seam tears, you can find the shift of the inner seam relative to the outer one in the slicer, this can prevent leakage
