M69 MK2 with 37mm| 12 gauge flare| and billiard ball barrels.

about

This is an updated version of the m69 launcher. This model includeds a metal breach face, and reduces excessive firing pin protrusion.

the standard barrle requires a 1 5/8" 16 gauge steel tube. needs to be at least 24" long if you want to install the folding sight.

the billiard ball launcher requires a Hornady Lock-N-Load Rifle Cartridge Gauge, in .223 to act a a chamber, then it uses m200 5.56mm nato blanks to lob billiard balls 100-200 yards.

the 12 gauge barrle can fire 12 gauge flares, It is designed to also use 2 1/4" 12 gauge blanks to lob golf balls but hasn't been test fired yet.

this build requires
1 mossberg stock and screw, a pistol grip can be used but requires a 15 spacer amd 2" 5/16 socket head screw to mount properly.
1 ar trigger and spring
1 ar hammer and spring
2 trigger pins
1 selector, detente, and spring.
1 ar firing pin
1 2" long #10 sex bolt (1/4" shaft, .45" heads
1 1" long 6x32 socket head screw (for firing pin)
1 3/4 long 6x32 socket head screw (for ejector)
1 7/32 x 2" long compression spring (for firing pin)
1 5/16 x 2" long compression spring (for plunger)
1 3/8 x 2" long compression spring (for ejector)
1 1/4 x 5/8 long compression spring (for latch)
1 5/16 nut (for securing the stock to the frame)
1 3/4" washer with a #8 hole

the 37mm sights require 4 6-32 x 1/2" socket head screws and bolts, and one 1 1 1/4" 6-32 socket head screw

i print the receiver and 37mm barrle face down at a 45 degree angle, and i print the trigger guard flat at a 90 degree angle. the golf ball and billiard ball barrles may be printed face down, sanding upright without supports.

i turned the trigger guard into a separate piece because its brittle and ugly if printed as part of the receiver, it requires an additional 6x32 1/2" socket head screw, and a 6x32 1/2" flat head screw

if you assemble the ladder sight, it requires an additional small compression spring, i dont remember the size.
