12G Shotgun Locking Mechanism

A single-shot 12 gauge shotgun for testing a simple hybrid 3D printed copy of the USAS-12 / AA-12 locking action. The general design can be adapted for use in pump action and semi-automatic shotguns.
Materials:
- Barrel: 3/4" Schedule 40 steel tube (Hardware store 'black iron pipe')
- Locking Collar: 1" Schedule 40 steel tube
- Locking Peg: 12mm (1/2") dia mild steel bar
- Firing Pin: 3mm steel bar + lock collar
Tools Needed:
- Drill press
- Welder
- Hacksaw
- Pipe cutter
- Dremel
- Needle Files
- JB Weld or Loctite epoxy
