M39 Egg Grenade Smoke

This is a smoke grenade variant of the egg grenade, that is backwards compatible with parts from my previous release of the standard egg grenade with two changes.
Like the real deal, the body is longer to hold more of the smoke mixture.
There are three exit holes near the top for the smoke to escape.
The top part should remain hollow and keep smoke mixture out of the M228 hammer retrofit fuse.
