37mm Flare Launcher Hull for Blanks

This a hull for flare launchers that lets you use blanks as propellant.
9mm RK (revolver blanks) work best for igniting fuses without damaging pyrotechnic payloads, and 9mm PAK (semi auto blanks) are more powerful but may require an additional wad with a vent hole to launch pyrotechnic payloads.
The developer has stated that he uses a vice to force the blanks into the slot, then uses a drift punch to force them out afterwards.
