Scout's Cheek Clapper Handstop Riser

This part is to be used in conjunction with Booligan Shooting Sport's Cheek Clapper kit: https://odysee.com/@BooliganCustomGunworks:f/CP33-Cheek-Clapper-Kit
Instead of needing to have a riser to attach to the low pic rail of the original handguard, I just made a small remix that you can print and directly attach it to the handguard if you don't have a riser!
