This is the "Recession Ruger" designed for the .45 ACP variant of the "Recession Ruger R2." The R45 uses a Ruger P90 slide, barrel, and a few other parts but integrates Glock magazines and an AR fire control group (FCG) for added versatility!

Important Notes:

• This guide assumes you’re familiar with 3D printing and the Recession Ruger platform.

• Not recommended for first-time builders!

This build is similar to the Recession Ruger, but everything has been properly scaled for .45 ACP to handle the increased forces involved.

Due to this, a detailed step-by-step guide won't be provided. Instead, here's a quick ADHD-friendly summary.

ADHD / TLDR Build Instructions:

1. Print the frame at 8 walls and 100% infill.

2. Install the FCG and pistol grip.

3. Print the rails using the orientation found in the Renders folder.

4. Bolt the rear rail in place.

5. Bolt the front rail in with the lower bolt only.

6. Remove the detent from the inside of the rear sight on the slide.

7. Install the slide and barrel.

8. Install the upper front rail pin.

9. Install the mag release.

10. Install the ejector plate (a Ruger part) into the rear of the magwell to properly eject the brass.
