FTN.3 EZ Suppressor Pack

Basically the FTN.3 but in an easy to print polygon shape, and also easy to wrap JB fiberweld. No need for any resin mixing.

Description:
This is a printed suppressor capable of supersonic rifle calibers. This uses the same slanted K baffles as the regular FTN.3. Please see assembly PDF for more details.
Rated for 556, 300 BO, 9mm. The standard size is also rated for 308. The K can has not been tested in 308.
The core idea behind all of the FTN series is that a horizontally printed suppressor is strong axially, and weak hoop strength. However hoop strength is very easy to reinforce.
Heat is handled by the K baffles, as there is a lot of support at the bore. When the PLA softens from heat, there is bidirectional support so the blast does not cause deformation.
Unlike the original FTN.3 release, this EZ version is designed to be easy to print due to polygon shape and easy to assemble

-Standard model (13 oz, larger volume, better signature reduction)
-K can (10 oz, shorter, more maneuverable)

Materials Required:
-Quality PLA+
-JB Weld Fiberweld (60 inches) - you may use two if you want extra reinforcement
-1/2x28 to 3/4x16 thread adapter or 5/8x24 to 3/4x16 thread adapter
-washer/machine bushing for Form 1 (see build documentation PDF for sizing)
-epoxy resin

-Print suppressor (220 hotend, 60 bed, .15 layer height, 8 walls, 100% concentric infill, no supports, brim)
