3D printed body for a homebuilt AA-12 / USAS-12 semi-automatic shotgun copy which uses an internal self-contained improvised mechanism made from thick walled steel tubing and steel plate. A full assembly file is provided which will need final clean-up work and modification to suit materials available to the builder.
It can be made as a manual straight-pull by leaving out the gas tube and recoil spring assembly entirely.
The magazine is based on a design made by BoostWillis a number of years ago which will need further refinement

Materials:
*The hole through the Middle Section/Upper will need to be modified to match the outside diameter of your receiver tube.
(Not limited to)
- Barrel: Either 20mm ID Seamless Precision Tube or 3/4" Schedule 40 steel tube (Hardware store 'black iron pipe' used for making slam-fire shotguns)
- Receiver tube: 1" ID Schedule 40 steel tube
- Gas tube: 1" ID Schedule 40 steel tube
- Locking Key: 8mm steel plate
- Locking Peg: 12mm (1/2") dia mild steel bar
- Firing Pin: 3mm steel bar + lock collar
- 1/2" steel bar, one end threaded
- 1/2" dome nut
An ambitious project worked on for the last three years which needs someone to take it under their wing and produce a functioning, reliable model.
