this is a step file with 4 variations of the Chonky Boi receiver. two fit mil spec uppers and 2 fit bear creek arsenal side charging uppers. some have a spot for a 1/4" 6-32 set screw if you want to make a selector stop so that you don't accidentally go third position on a fudd range.
there is a slot on top where you can drop in a dog tag if you want to serialize your lower, just slide the plug in on top afterwards and use a soldering iron to plastic weld the seam shut.
to assemble the lower you need the following: -4x 2" 6-32 socket head screws (two cut to 1.75" inserted in the bottom 2 holes) (inserted through the back to strengthen the receiver extension) -1x 1" 6-32 socket head screw (for reinforcing the pistol grip) -1x 5/8" 8-32 socket head screw and 8-32 square nut (the nut is inserted in back, and the screw comes through the bottom to keep the buffer tube from turning) -1x 1" 1/4 od screw post (to hold the pistol grip in place) -2x 2" 1/4 od screw posts (to act as pivot and take down pins) -1x 1.5" 3-36 socket head screw (to hold the bolt hold open in place) -1x mil spec mag release -1x mil spec bolt hold open -1x mil spec carbine buffer tube -1x ar15 FCG
