ANDABATA Gun Cam Reciever

about

The ANDABATA receiver is an analog screen for viewing the analog output signal from the ANDABATA gun camera system.

The receiver is using the same technology as the BPNVG and it is compatible with the BPNVG. The end user can wire in an AUX cord and port to switch signals and integrate the ANDABATA.

The BPNVG uses an Adafruit #911 2" NTSC screen and it is hard to get. This receiver uses a 2.5" Adafruit screen instead.

Part number for the screen: https://www.adafruit.com/product/912

This unit still needs the same 50mm focal distance 38mm biconvex lens for the eyebox as the BPNVG.

Hardware to assemble this unit is 4 35mm long m5 bolts and nuts, or similar to clamp the components together, 2 25mm 5mm bolts and nuts for the lens retainer and eyebox, and a 1/4-20 nut for the mounting hole on the top.

Glue the adafruit screen and board to the board retainer. There is a hole on the bottom for the analog in cord, and the unit needs a 9v battery and battery harness for power. No hole is provided for the switch and you will need to punch a hole in the side with a solder iron and install a small switch or install a tilt switch inside the unit.
