This is a 3D-printable replacement stock for the Henry Classic rimfire series lever-action rifles. The design is split into two parts to enable printing from mid-size SLA printers. There is 100um clearance between the two stock pieces, whic is meant to support a glued joint. Thick super glue tends to work the best, and will be stronger than the plastic itself.
The bottom rear holes are meant for Mapgpul QD style sttachment inserts. Depending on the vendor, some mild sanding may be required for fitment.
The holes for the buttplate attachment are designed for M5 screws and leave material for tapping threads. If using a resin printer, Sirayatech Build resin is suggested, as it taps very nicely without risk of cracking. Same goes for the holes for the cheek riser.
I have test-printed and fitted this for my own Henry H001, but additional feedback for future iterations would be greatly appreciated.
