Current Version: REV0.3.X
This is a .STEP file for a Gen 3 G19 slide, reverse engineered off the physical counterpart. What this is not is a complete upper G19 assembly, as there are no parts other than the slide itself. Please see the versions below for details on what each contains.
I anticipate REV0.4.X to be final release, which will include technical drawings. Also, please note that as of May 25th, 2024, this project has been updated from The Unlicense to CC0 V1.0.

Version: REV0.3.X latest
This version includes any and all refinements or additions done to the model over the course of the production of a physical representation. Two notable refinements are a complete reconstruction of the extractor spring channel, as well as the thickening of the top wall of the barrel channel.
Version: REV0.2.X
This CAD model has been updated to Revision 0.2.X. The different between REV0.1.X and this version is that these were produced with finer metrology equipment. To be clear: REV0.2.X is a significant metrological improvement over REV0.1.X. REV0.1.X was put together using an OEM style slide and some basic metrology tools. REV0.2.X was put together using a proper OEM Gen 3 slide, from a granite plate, height gauge, various gauge pins, and any remaining metrology tooling I needed.
REV0.2.1 contains only critical dimensions. REV0.2.2 has the external edges radiused in the style of the OEM slide.
The rest of the details from REV0.1.X's notes are the same.
Version: REV1.0.0
initial upload
To note, this is a first revision, and as such, some dimensions may be slightly off. Repeated measurement and visual comparison to my source material indicates some level of accuracy, so it should at least be useful for fitment testing, render work, or part design.
Also, this model currently lacks two things: optic cuts and grip cuts. I opted to consider those both to be largely aesthetic designs and left them out. However, in future revisions, I'd like to include them.
