DB's 10/22 utilizing 20mm OD barrel sleeve, metric nut replacement of heated inserts

This came about as I noticed significant barrel flex when printed in PA6 nylon, causing zero to be shifted.

The tube will need to be drilled with a 17.5mm drill bit (also available through amazon).  I found the easiest way to do this is drill the tube before cutting to size. Those rubber mat things you have in your kitchen for opening stuck lids may help you keep a grip on the tube as it is drilled.  I'm sure if you are careful you can place the tube in a vice and drill with a press.  Cut tube to 15mm and JBWeld in place.  

Along with a metal barrel sleeve, I have added slots for M4 nuts to replace the heated inserts for the V-block.  Heated inserts for picatinny rail have been replaced with recesses for M3 nuts.

Included is a model without the barrel sleeve cutout if you feel that it is not necessary.
