Practical Scrap Metal Small Arms Vol. 21 - Stingray Machine Pistol

about

Volume 21 of Professor Parabellum's Practical Scrap Metal Small Arms.

This volume provides plans and instructions for the construction of a 100% DIY submachine gun that can be chambered in several different pistol cartridges, including the "Improvised Ammo" introduced in an earlier issue of this series.

"The following cmpact DIY machine pistol is suitable for chambering in a wide variety of standard as well as improvised small caliber pistol cartridges. A key feature included in this design is the use of a 'stepped' bolt and chamber setup resulting in greatly enhanced reliability of feeding allowing for the use of unmodified as well as modified 8mm and 9mm PAK blank ammunition. Standard sizes of steel box tubing and bar stock are used in the construction of the weapon's main components, including the receiver, bolt and magazine while a length of barrel taken from an air g un may also be utilized in conjunction with homemade .22 or .177 ammunition."
