RDR T1 V1.0.2: FFFTech/FFFTechnology

A set of basic risers for red dot optics that use the common Aimpoint T1 mounting footprint. The +15mm to +25mm risers have a hollow section through their bodies to allow for use of iron sights. 

Six risers are available: (READ NOTES)

 * Standard Mount
 * +5mm
 * +10mm
 * +15mm
 * +20mm
 * +25mm

Update V1.0.2: The number of parts under "hardware" was previously incorrect; stating only needing one of each part. The correct amount is two of each part. 

Printer Used: Ender 3 V2

Filament Used: PLA+

Print Settings:

Extruder: 220C 
Bed: 56C 
First Layer Print Height: .20mm 
Standard Layer Height: .12mm
Wall Thickness: .40mm
Wall Perimeters: 6+
Infill: 25%+
Infill Pattern: Gyroid
Material Flow: 100%
Support Material Percentage: 18%

Print the mount/riser upside-down

 

Hardware Needed: 

2x M5x30 Hex Socketed Machine Screw/Bolt

2x M5 Hex Nut (Be sure both bolt & nut are the same thread pitch.)

 

Notes: 

1) The height of the Standard mount is (from the top of the picatinny rail to the bottom of the red dot's mounting surface) is5.53mm. That means if you attach the +20mm riser, it's actual height is 25.53mm. The millimeter designations for the risers are based on the addition to the Standard mount's height, not the riser's height itself.
