Pipe Hitter 37mm Picatinny Interface

This is a picatinny rail interface for the Pipe Hitter 37mm. This replaces the top portion of the Pipe Hitter that attaches directly to an M16 handguard.
This system consists of a front hinge mount for the barrel, and a new top for the reciever. There is a rifle length and a carbine length spacer to fit between the two. The reciever can be swapped between the two.
These parts were intended to be in the original release of the Pipe Hitter 37mm but the folder was mistakenly backed up to a separate external drive from the rest of the Pipe Hitter.
The rail mount is 30mm wide, and hardware should be M5 bolts with a thread length of 35mm, or an 8-32 bolt of similar length.
