Version 0 of the T-Mag Glock pistol magazine pack.
This package is based on the T-Mag M&P Magazine and shares parts compatability with the follower, baseplates and locking tab. This package contains 15, 17, 20, 25, 30, and 35 round capacity magazines. The 20 and 25 round magazines meet the USPSA 140mm and 170mm overall length requirement.
Please read the information below carefully.

**IMPORTANT FITMENT INFORMATION**
Issue: Rounds start to nose down or bind when loading.
Solution: Smack the bottom of the magazine to reorient the cartridge stack and continue loading.
Issue: Magazine is difficult to load and/or sluggish to feed.
Solution: Load and unload several times to smooth out the bearing surfaces, steel case ammo is particularly good at polishing magazine internals. Check that correct springs have been installed. Otherwise check printer calibration.
Issue: Follower fails to engage the slide catch.
Solution: Plunge the follower up and down several times to break it in. Otherwise lightly file the flat sides of the follower above and below the 45 degree angled limit stop.
Issue: Magazine does not lock in, is easily yanked out, or falls out when fired.
Solution: Square up the mag catch cut out with a knife or file. Several print layers can be cut away to reach solid material without affecting reliability.
Tip: Most speed loaders can be used to assist in loading, including the ETS stripper style speedloader (ETS Part# ETSCAM-9-40).
Tip: The walls are multiples of 0.5mm so it is recommended to use 0.5mm line widths. Print with the lowest cooling fan possible, most filaments will print acceptably with 0% cooling.
Tip: The body is compatible with glock OEM baseplates, drop the model 0.7mm below the build plate to reduce the thickness of the baseplate lips to 2mm.
**PARTS**
- Springs
- 15 and 17 round versions use Glock 17 springs, extra power springs are recommended (example: Ghost Inc Part# GHO_MAGSPRING_MED_)
- 20-round version uses Glock 17 springs for +4 extensions (example: Ghost Inc Part# GHO_MAGSPRING_LG_)
- 25 round version uses either USPSA 170mm Glock springs (example: ISMI Part# GL2) OR Wolff 33 round springs (Wolff Part# 77361, 77363, or 77364. Note you may wish to cut 1 or 2 coils off to make spring pressure more manageable.)
- 30, and 35 round versions use Wolff 33 round +5% springs (Wolff Part# 77361, 77363, or 77364.)
- T-mag Follower
- T-mag Glock Baseplate
- T-mag locking tab
- T-mag glock magazine body: 15, 17, 20, 25, 30, or 35 round capacity
**PRINTING DETAILS**
- General settings
- layer height: 0.2-0.25mm
- wall line width: 0.5mm
- number of walls: 4
- Infill: 100% lines
- Supports
- Magazines: Standard supports set to "everywhere" to support just the mag catch cutout.
- Base plate, follower, and locking tab: no supports.
- All STL's are oriented with the correct face to the bed. Recommend orienting the long side along the y-axis (as shown in "Printing Orientations.JPG") to minimize vibrations near the top of the print (not applicable to core xy and delta printers).
- Calibrate flow using the 2-wall method (shown at https://3dprintbeginner.com/flow-rate-calibration/), round up to the nearest whole number and add 1%. For example if the calculated value is 97.4%, round up to 98% and add 1% to make 99%. Put 99% into the flow setting on your printer or slicer. This slight over extrusion is ideal for strength and the models are designed for it.
- Calibrate dimensions using the included sizing calibration spreadsheet.
**Filament Selection**
- Minimum material specifications:
- Yield Strength: 49Mpa
- Impact Strength: 32KJ/m^2 (Charpy notched)
- The following materials have been tested for strength and suitability:
- Esun PLA+ (not suitable for long term use)
- Fiberlogy PA12+CF
- Fiberlogy PA12+GF
- Push Plastic PC-PBT
- Colorfabb ASA
- Esun ASA
- Many commercially available filaments have been tested, please see full test results before selecting a material not listed above.
