Universal Riser

about

It's time I did some shit again, isn't it?

This is a universal Picatinny riser. You can specify how high the second level is above the first, how long the riser is- even the attributes about the picatinny itself, in case it doesn't fit your shit, or you need to change that for your shitty out of clearance printer. Basically this is so universally adjustable that you should never need to buy another riser.

Everything is controlled in the spreadsheet. There's a header line to describe the columns (name, value, notes), the next four lines are about "picatinny definitions", then the height of the top rail over bottom (in this file, it's saved to 20), then there is a clearance percent (how much extra space for the female picatinny model, vs the baseline male), a minimum cross section (by default 4, it's "the thinnest that a piece of plastic should be in the print"), and then the last value in the sheet is the length you want your riser to be- in this file, it's 100.

This Release takes the form of a FreeCAD document. You will need to open it in FreeCAD (which runs on every platform, including Raspberry Pi), select the model, and hit CTRL+E (or File-> Export) to Export it as your desired file type (STL, STEP, etc), and save the exported file.
