Intro
The UFG9 - A Brief History
Originally named the 3DFMG, I changed it because the Magpul FMG folded in half using a clamshell design. Since this model doesn't resemble the FMG closely enough, it needed a new name: Under Folding Glock 9 (UFG9).
The design resembles a briefcase, toolbox, or lunchbox, and is spring-loaded to assist in opening. It includes rails compatible with PY2A, FMDA, and P80 platforms.
Recommended Rails:
- Printyour2a.com (PY2A)
- Riptiderails.com (FMDA)
- JSD Supply
- Rook Tactical (for P80)
Note:
This design was beta tested and hosted by a design group who has requested to have their name not be associated with this release, out of respect for their wishes that has been done.

Build Instructions
Printing:
1. Print all items with 8 walls and 100% infill.
2. Refer to the print orientation pictures for build plate orientations.
Gun Assembly:
This is a standard Glock 19 Gen 3 build, using a Gen 5 takedown spring instead of the flat Gen 3 version.

2. Insert the mag spring into the AFG mount.
3. Insert the AFG grip into the mount (do not compress).
4. Secure with M3-35 SHCS and a nut.
5. Attach to the frame picatinny rail with M5-35 SHCS and nuts.
Carry Handle:
1. Compress Left and Right Releases together through the carry handle holes, with the rounded face forward.
2. Join left and right releases with 2x M3-35 SHCS and nuts.
3. Place AR-15 Buffer Detent Spring in the Carry Handle Spring Detent, and pass both through the front hole with the spring facing forward.
4. Secure with the Carry Handle Spring Retainer and M3-12 SHCS and nut.
5. Attach carry handle with 3x M3-35 SHCS and nuts.
Folder:
1. Insert an M3-25 SHCS and nut into the latch cavity of the Folder Pivot.
2. Attach the 1.5" hinge, with the protruding side of the hinge away from the model, using M4 nuts and bolts.
3. Attach the Folder Pivot to the frame and carry handle with 2x M5-20 SHCS and a nut in the rear.
4. Bolt the other hinge flap to the Folder Spine using M4-35 SHCS and nuts.
5. Place an Ender bed spring on the Folder Spine hole, place the Release Latch on the spring, and secure with 2x M3-35 SHCS and nuts.

Important: Don't shoot your eye out!
